Most limo companies are organised around a city. Travellers are not: they arrive at a terminal, a private-jet ramp, a cruise berth or a platform, and the first fifteen minutes on Canadian soil depend on knowing exactly where a pre-arranged car is allowed to stop. LimousineCanada.ca is built around those arrival points. Every major airport, the busiest business-aviation FBOs, six cruise ports and the main VIA Rail stations each have their own guide, written for the traveller standing at that curb.
Start with the hub you are using. The Pearson airport limo guide covers Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 pickups and the fares to every corner of the GTA. If you are choosing between Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton and Waterloo, the Toronto airport limo comparison sets them side by side. West-coast arrivals should read the Vancouver airport limo page before landing at YVR, and cruise passengers sailing to Alaska will find embarkation-day timing on the Canada Place cruise terminal page.
What a pre-booked chauffeur changes
A taxi rank works when the queue is short and the luggage is light. A ride-app works when the surge is low and the car that arrives has room for the cases. A pre-booked LimousineCanada.ca transfer removes both gambles. The vehicle class is chosen for your luggage before you fly, the chauffeur watches the flight and adjusts the pickup to the real landing time, and the fare is agreed at booking, so a late arrival or a slow customs hall does not change the price within the free waiting allowance: sixty minutes on international arrivals and thirty on domestic flights.

For business travellers that means a quiet car and an on-time arrival at the meeting. For families it means child seats fitted before the car arrives and an SUV with space for every bag. For groups, crews and wedding parties it means one Sprinter instead of three separate cars arriving at different times.
Private jets, cruise ships and trains, not only airline terminals
Business aviation runs through fixed-base operators on the far side of the airfield, not through the passenger terminal. Our private aviation guides cover the FBOs at Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Montréal-Trudeau, Calgary and Ottawa, including how customs clearance for private flights works and how the chauffeur is positioned at the FBO door rather than a public curb.
Cruise passengers face a different problem: thousands of people leaving a ship in the same two-hour window. The cruise port guides explain disembarkation timing, luggage and where a booked car meets you in Vancouver, Victoria, Montréal, Québec City, Halifax and Saint John. Rail travellers arriving on VIA Rail at Toronto Union, Montréal Gare Centrale, Ottawa, Vancouver Pacific Central or Québec's Gare du Palais will find station-specific pickup notes in the train station section.
Fares published as ranges, confirmed exactly before you pay
We publish our rate card instead of hiding it. An Executive Sedan transfer is priced at $4.65 to $5.55 per kilometre with a minimum of $145 to $175; a Luxury SUV at $5.85 to $7.05 per kilometre; an Executive Sprinter at $8.25 to $9.90 per kilometre. Hourly service, for roadshows, weddings and as-directed days, starts at $135 to $165 per hour in a sedan. The limo rates guide works through real routes with distances and drive times, and explains taxes by province, tolls and gratuity.

The range becomes one exact number in the online booker: enter the pickup and drop-off, choose the vehicle, and the all-in fare appears before you confirm. Booking direct keeps the reservation with LimousineCanada.ca dispatch rather than a marketplace, so the details you give us reach the chauffeur unchanged.
Coast to coast, with winter in mind
Canadian ground transport is a winter business for five months of the year. Transfers between Calgary and Banff, Vancouver and Whistler, and Montréal and Mont-Tremblant are planned around road conditions, with all-wheel-drive SUVs available for mountain and ski routes. In the Atlantic provinces, fog and ferry schedules shape the timing; in the Prairies, wind and ground blizzards on open highways do. Each airport guide covers the local conditions that matter for that drive.
See the complete airport limo overview for all sixteen airport guides, or browse the limo service page for weddings, corporate roadshows, concerts and city-to-city travel.

Frequently asked questions
How much is an airport limo in Canada?
Most downtown airport runs fall within the Executive Sedan minimum of $145 to $175 before tax, because Canadian airports are typically 10 to 30 km from the core. Longer trips are priced by distance: Pearson to Niagara Falls is roughly $585 to $700 in a sedan. The booker shows the exact fare for your address.
Where will my chauffeur meet me at the airport?
At the airport's designated pre-arranged pickup area, which differs by airport and terminal. Your confirmation and the chauffeur's message before landing name the exact door or zone. Inside meet-and-greet with a name board in the arrivals hall is available as a $100 to $150 add-on.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight and move the pickup to the actual landing time at no charge. Sixty minutes of free waiting after landing is included on international arrivals and thirty minutes on domestic flights, which covers a normal customs and baggage wait.
Do you serve private jets and FBOs?
Yes. Chauffeurs meet private flights at the FBO door at Toronto Pearson, Vancouver, Montréal-Trudeau, Calgary and Ottawa, and at other business-aviation airports on request. Share the tail number and estimated arrival when you book.
Can I book a limo from a cruise ship?
Yes. We meet disembarking passengers at Canada Place, Ogden Point, Montréal, Québec City, Halifax and Saint John, and run private shore tours by the hour on port-of-call days.
What is your cancellation policy?
More than 72 hours' notice is free of charge. Within 72 hours the charge is 10%, within 48 hours 50%, and within 24 hours or for a no-show 100%, measured from the scheduled pickup time.
